All Stats, Standard Skills, and Techniques most be bought with the points you earn from your posts. You earn points by registering for them in the "Purchase Points Registration". All First time characters gain 8 points to use right off the bat on what ever they would like. You can also use points to gain 10 gold pieces(gp)per purchase point
