Personality:
David is a pretty laid back, relaxed, type of person. He isn't easily scared, there isn't a specific reason for that, it's just how he is. He is also a rather good natured person who would help a person who would need it, but he is also rather mischievous and likes to tease people when he can. He always likes to have good laugh with interesting people, and loves to meet new people. He can be also rather serious when it comes to the topic of the ancient dragons that turned him and the other first generation into human forms. It's not that he hates them, he just wants them to see their own mistakes in their decision. He enjoys some of the drinks humans have created over the years and likes trying new foods, though he is more of a meat eater than veggie eater.
Extra Info: He finds the expressions of the people he teases amusing.
Origins: Unknown, well it had a different name.

The Background
History:
David has lived a very long life, hatched and raised in some unknown place that he never even learned the name of or had simply forgotten, and as far back as he can remember, which is his whole life, he had been supportive of Humans. This was so even before he was cursed to be in his human form by the other ancient dragons. He spent most of his life flying through the skies, observing the humans, and other races, always interested in what they could do. The curse that was placed on him had also it's benefits, he could finally interact with other races without much trouble and learn of their histories and pasts. Even now, he likes meeting new people, though he has yet to meet other cursed dragons or the ancient dragons as they disappeared from where they originally lived.
He is one of the first generation cursed dragons, a dragon who formerly had a dragon form, but is now cursed to a human form. By pure chance in a lightning storm a short while after the change, he was hit by lightning and found himself having been unaffected and discovered he had regained his Electrokinesis ability he had in his dragon form, though it wasn't as powerful anymore. He also discovered some loophole and regained the ability to sprout his wings and fly, though he doubted he'd ever see his original Dragon form again. He continued to believe in humans, and couldn't hate them even after the curse, but he was pretty angry at the ancient dragons, at least for a while. After a while, meeting new humans and other races, he decided that there was no point in being angry at the ancient dragons, so he decided to start training and become stronger than them and then be angry at them, though it may take a while, he believes he can succeed. He is starting his journey in the Futami kingdom in Amaterasu City, an isolated place in the Yuki-onna Northern Tundra.

Description: David just says, "Charge!" and electricity starts noticeably starts flowing through his hands and into his weapons if he's holding them. Wherever he hits his opponent's body, it gives that place a paralyzed effect for that spot for one of their turns. It does 1 damage on it's own of Electrical damage.
Drawbacks: It's a short range move, and he has to actually physically touch/hit his opponent with his hands or weapons. It lasts 1 turn.

Description: David simply fires the Lightning Spear by saying "False Spear!" straight from the front part of his hair, shooting in the direction he is looking. It also can change directions and go to the closest enemy wielding metal weapons, or metal armor. It moves at the 10 speed + half David's speed. It literally looks like spear of lightning when shot. Since it is pure electricity, when it hits his opponent, it'll do 6 damage and screw around their nervous system causing them to only be able to use half their strength, dexterity, and speed.
Drawbacks: It fires in a straight line, and can be dodged if the opponent isn't wearing metal. The damage will be cut in half if the opponent is grounded by stabbing the weapon into the ground, or have their metal weapon stabbed into the ground and not holding it to draw the electricity to it to avoid damage completely. If they, for example, stab their weapon into the ground and holding it, and the attack hits them, they only get half damage, and no de-buff effect. If they stab the ground with their metal weapon and let go, it will draw the lightning and ground it, leaving them unharmed.

• Major: Electrokinesis - For the fact Rassei Generates so much electricity in its own body if ever hit by large amounts of water will cause either 3 points of damage or if caused by a technique it will cause twice the normal damage of the technique.
• Minor: Electric Link - Even though most can not communicate through the electrical link if the one the link is hitting has a constitution that is five more than Rassei's total strength then the link will cause no damage to the one hit by it and the link will actually be physically draining to Rassei. Rassei looses one point from its physical energy pool.

- After the spell of summoning was cast by the princess, the sky suddenly darkened and thunder clouds appeared up above. A great bolt of lightning shot down from the sky just a bit ahead of the princess, causing a loud explosion and dust appearing in the area. As the dust settled, the clouds disappeared and it became sunny again, but what sat on the ground before the princess was not an animal, but what appeared to be a human. "Huh? Where am I...? This isn't MediaMarkt...." The young male who looked around 19 said as he looked around.
Backing up a bit to before this point in time: David had woken up with a yawn and a stretch, he had lived in a certain large city in the country of Germany, on Earth. He had did some stuff on his PC and stuff before he got dressed to head out. Despite his looks, he was really a near 3000 year old dragon, and easily the strongest of the last four dragons that remained on this planet. Back on topic, after getting dressed, he headed out to a electronics store to get a new headset. After entering the store, a sudden surge of magical energy had happened around him and dropped him into a magical portal, which led him to now, sitting on the ground, scratching his head with a confused look on his face.
