1 C-rank Electrical Magic Technique can charge the gun enough to shoot twice, it recycles electricity from the first shot for a second shot. Can only recycle once, and bullets have no electrical properties. To fully charge the gun's battery, you need either 8 c-rank, 6 b-rank, 4 A-rank, 2 S-rank, or 1 SS-rank Electrical Magic technique.
Can hold a charge that is enough to shoot 16 bullets total, then a cool down of 4 self-posts is required. The magazine clip can hold only 8 bullets.
