When she heard the words, "let me show you..." she thought it would be like a trick of sorts. So, silently, the young woman would watch, waiting to be shown what arm wrestling was. Watching him remove his coat, she moved a bit closer as her wolf-like vision gave her sharper sight. Looking over his physique casually, she could admire such a strong frame. He was healthy, she thought, and not just his physical form, but her other senses told her that as well. Biting her lip lightly, she looked back to the coat and the square boulder. She didn't miss where her companion had gone though.

Syndel decided to walk away from the two for the moment. She didn't go far though as she trotted over to the nearest tree and laid in its shade. Her once yellow eyes would look yellowish-green as she watched the stranger and her mistress silently. As long as the young wolf lived, she would travel with and guard over the young beastling; she truly loved her friend and would hope to be with her always.

The female Hayai watched their "guest" quietly still. Upon his instruction, she raised a slight eyebrow. She was a little uncertain as she set the backpack down before her tail was wagging slowly again. Finally, she walked to the opposite side of the boulder, facing Kon. Resting her elbow on the coated boulder, she looked at the difference between her petite hand and his huge hand; compared to his, hers looked like a child's. Her hand open, she looked from them to Kon's expression to see what he was possibly thinking as she rested her hand in his lightly.

Kon watched on as Safira did as he did placing her hand in his. He could see her hand moving so elegantly into his hand softly pressing against his feeling how smooth and frail it would seem to be, but even so he could tell there was something else about it. Kon thought to himself for a moment, 'Well how she is holding her hand in mine I am not quite sure how much strength she may actually have; so it might be best i just start at about a fourth my strength encase she isn't very strong quite yet.' Kon looked to Safira saying to her, "Okay now that you are setup like I am grip my hand firmly and push against my hand like this." Kon slowly pushed against her hand pushing it over until it reached the top of her knuckles touched the boulder. "Now your wanting to push my hand over just as I did to yours. What you will be doing is using all your bodies strength to push mine over so you can go all out I want to test my own strength to see where I am at compared to others." Kon looked at her showing a calm and honest face; not showing any signs of distrust at all. Kon then waited for her to grip his hand firmly so that they could begin, but before that Kon said to her, "Okay once you grip my hand I will count like this. One, Two, Three, Go; and on go we will begin to push with all our strengths to try and push each others arms over."

With that Kon waited for her to grip his hand and let him know she was ready to go and knowing this himself Kon would grip her hand back to show that he was ready as well. So Kon gave her one more reassuring look letting her know it was okay and that he was waiting on her.

Sarifa was silent as she listened to instruction carefully, nodding once to show she understood. Allowing her hand to be pushed down, she watched closely with open curiosity. Looking back at him as he continued with instructions, her expression internal as well as external was calm and understanding with curious eyes. She did understand, though it was an odd thing to her still. Feeling and seeing the difference in the size of their hands, the beastling found it interesting nonetheless. Looking back at their hands, she pushed but only a little, though it wasn't enough to push his down. The young beastling was just kind of testing their hands it seemed. After a few seconds, she smiled slightly, her tail wagging a little and her ears perked up a bit. "Okay, I think I understand," She said as happy as a child excited for new knowledge. Believing she understood now, her obsidian eyes sparkled with excitement before she cleared her throat, blushing slightly and bringing herself to focus again. So, gripping his hand lightly, yet firmly, she kept her elbow down on the boulder as forearms were up and was gentle in pushing his arm first, testing the waters again.

Kon watched as she went through the steps on her own getting the feel of arm wrestling for herself. It didn't take more than a few seconds and Kon could easily see Safira getting excited about learning something new. Kon was no ready himself to begin so he grip her hand a little more and started counting, "One. Two. Three. Go." The moment Kon said go his strength began to flow through his arm slowly increasing it first only giving off about a forth of his total strength just to show he was ready to go. His arm muscle slightly tightened up and his grip increased as he began to push against hers in less than a fraction of a second showing his actual reaction time to be very good. Kon knew that he would have to compensate for her strength very quickly if she had more strength than one would expect. Kon moved his eyes to hers with a grin on his face showing he was ready for what ever she may have to dish out over all. The only thing Kon hoped not to do was disrespect her for not using all his strength from the start, but he wasn't sure what level of strength she was at compared to his. So Kon continued with this current strength until he felt her push with more strength which he would continue to push to match her strength unless her strength reaches a point that exceeds his own.

Sarifa looked to her new acquaintance with open curiosity and perfect trust for now. Her tail wagging in excitement, she watched their hands, feeling his as it covered hers, she pouted slightly at the difference. At hearing "Go", she snapped into focus, feeling and sensing a strength that could possibly be a match to her own, like before when she spied on him. Licking her lips lightly, her own muscles tensed and matched strengths with him. Looking back at him, she smiled back lightly, her eyes betraying her ever growing excitement. Though being that she was pushing with an equal strength, she would keep his arm and her own up in the middle to show she wouldn't push it, but she wasn't at full strength either, she had more. For now though, she wished to just test it and see his patience level as her obsidian eyes sparkled with happiness while smiling slightly, keeping her breathing even as well. As odd as it was, her hand clasped in his and keeping him from pushing hers down for now, it was nice to her.

Kon realized that just after mere moments of arm wrestling Sarifa that she was matching his current strength, but not pushing any further. Her form was flawless for not ever doing this before so it showed Kon that she must have lots of personal knowledge of the body and how to use it to ones best abilities. Her form may be a bit raw, but flawless none the less; so Kon knew he needed to see how much further he could push. Kon began to push now using half his full abilities knowing that this would be a bit more for her to take, but it would let him know how much stronger she was.

Kon gave a small smirk feeling his once passion for training and strength once again knowing his own personal goals not fearing what to come. Even Kai could feel the weight lift off Kon's very soul feeling the new found strength with in him once again. Kon looked to the Sarifa with a glint in his eye of hope and faith as if saying thank you for bring him out of his own fear and darkness. With that Kon continued to push using his great strength as the sun slowly shined through the tips of the trees shining upon them. As the sun shined down upon them a strange glow of aura came around Kon as if it was a white aura, but with a shadow going inside it. To any paying close attention would have noticed the aura slightly enveloping him, but to those not paying close attention would only see the light shining upon him.

Kon pushed and pushed using that same half strength trying to make her try harder that all he wanted; so he continued to push seeing if this current strength was all she had or if she was capable of even more.

The female beastling looked to the man sitting across from her before looking to their hands once again. Feeling her hand be pushed back a bit, her hand tightened again and pushed back to the center. With their elbows still resting on the boulder, she ignored the cool stone that stabilized them. Sarifa didn't miss the smirk though and smiled back, her eyes shining with their own excitement. Despite the challenge, she was having fun as she kept them up and in the middle, though it would be a little harder. In seeing his smirk change to a smile, her own became more gentle and friendly, as if replying that he was welcome before her strength matched his once again. Her attention seemed to be caught by something from the corner of her eye then, so to speak. What she perceived to be just light playing with her, she soon realized it was something...different but she wouldn't give it the time of day for now. As he tried to push more and more, she would push back until she pushed his arm with her own just a bit to test his strength as well as her own, though it was a little bit of a struggle for her now but it wasn't her max just yet.

Kon was surprised to see his arm begin to move as she pushed past his current strength, but all this did was make him feel a slight happiness inside. This was just like when he was an angel training new recruits watching them grow stronger. Kon began to push a bit more using his strength a bit more going about three fourths his total strength knowing that it was only a little over what she did, but about the same amount of additional force she applied. Kon continued to push watching as her hand would begin to slowly budge against the current force he was applying. Kon smiled at Safira knowing that this was most certainly getting interesting. Doing just these small forces of strength made him want to d some real combat training, but asking that of her would most defiantly be asking to much. While these thoughts rolled through his mind only a few words came out as he continued, "Well this is most defiantly impressive you must train a lot to be at this level." Kon knew that she may only be a Novice at her current level, but it was more than enough to show she knew how to control her body. Just from her positioning Kon could tell that it was not her actual strength that was at this point, but how she was aligning her body to create the extra strength needed. At this state Kon himself could not even do that it was as if his body had completely changed from what it originally was. Even so Kon had strengths and abilities to spare when it came to raw talent.

With that in mind con pushed her hand a little further not pushing it to much more gripping her hand a bit tighter for the fact their strengths were near on par at this point. Time would only tell who was actually stronger than the other as he continued to push.

Sarifa felt the sweat on her brow as not only the sun was affecting her but so was the intensity of the excitement she felt around them. His expression of surprise was pleasing to her, it was something she couldn't resist but she also wouldn't lose concentration either. Looking from their arms back up to the male's face, seeing his smile and it in turn invoked her own. Their arm wrestle was becoming more serious but fun, she noted as he started pushing her arm a bit more to keep his from bending. The wolf beastling nodded slightly when training was mentioned, making her tail wag slightly. "Here and there, mostly for survival though." She replied honestly, calm as she felt her arm being pushed before she upped the ante, tightening her grip. Though it was a bit harder as she was reaching her limit, she was stubborn in keeping the back of her hand from getting close to stone. Her ears twitching once, she had a feeling Kon would possibly be stronger than her.

The white and tan wolf who had been lying beneath the shade of a nearby tree, observed her companion and her opponent silently. By her perked up ears and her swift wagging tail, it was clear she was interested in it. Though she did wonder, she knew her mistress would be okay for now. There were no bad or malicious vibes in the area or around the two whose hands were linked. And soon she would relax but had a feeling it would end soon.

Kon could feel her strength matching his own and with that Kon knew he was nearing his own limits so he must see how much further Safira could go. Kon began to push a bit harder than he was knowing that the time before she pushed with more strength than his, while this time she merely matched his own. Kon was unsure if she was toying with him  to prolong the match or if she was actually at her own limits. It would be hard to tell for the fact she is not straining at all for the fact her skills in her bodies movements are at a novice level, but are clearly showing as they continue to hold up to his own pure strength. With a tight grip and a push of pure strength Kon pushed his strength a little further, but not quite at his total limits. Kon knew that either she would match his own or push even stronger than what he was doing now, unless of course she was at her limits now and could no longer hold up to his increased strength. So Kon began to push more feeling her hand slightly move to see if she would stop his movement and push back or if this was her limits.

Kon then said to her lightly looking at Safira with sincerity in his eyes, "Well I must tell you I am basically at my limits and if it goes on any further I don't think I will be able to win this match. I was just wandering if you were at your limits as well or if you could continue on?" With that he noticed her companion from the corner of his eyes with perked ears and waging tail enjoying watching the match seeming very interested. Kon would also notice looking into her eyes she was most diffidently trying very hard and was enjoying it as well. Kon admired this trait in people knowing it was very rare to have such determined qualities the will to continue. So with that Kon continued to push waiting for her to push back and to answer to his question.

Sarifa kept their arms aligned with elbow on the rock as she was slightly leaning forward. She was giving it all she got it would seem as her arm was flexed from her grip in Kon's. Looking up at the strange male, she smiled slightly, determined but sensing she would not win this one. As the female beastling felt a shift in the winds; her ears twitched before her tail wagged energetically, she would keep her stance slightly sideways though. Even that, she found he was just a little stronger than her, or at least enough to push back as she was at her limit. As he was pushing though, her ears perked at hearing him before he actually spoke and looked at him. She listened and considered before answering. "I admire your honesty. But sadly, I am...to my limit," She replied honestly while looking to him in his eyes with a stubborn but still friendly determination. It was clear though from her excited eyes to her stance and grip that she wouldn't quit either until the game was over or there was a verbal draw.

Syndel internally smiled, she couldn't smile externally besides her eyes though. She was proud of her friend for being so mature but she also thought her a bit foolish sometimes when a fight or game came up. Her interest was clear though as she looked between the two but found no malice. If this male with a strange scent could be a match for her mistress, she just might have to watch him. For now, she would observe the situation and wait for the outcome.

After speaking to Safira and realizing that she was at her limits it be best not to push any further; Kon knew that he would not get anything out of showing his complete strength since it was only slightly stronger than hers. Kon continued to look at Safira knowing that a draw would be a preferable out come to this match; so he would say to her confidentiality, "Well since we are both basically at our limits why not we call this match a draw; we both did quiet well I would say no need to test our strengths any further."

With that Kon dropped down his strength to match hers so that he was no longer pushing himself further than he actually needed too. Kon took his off eyes from Safira looking at her companion to acknowledge its presence as well as showing that everything was okay by giving a slight smile for reassurance. Kon then looked back to Safira as Kai began to say to him, "You are doing very well no need to push your luck any further, but it looks like you have found an acquaintance that could become a friend." With that Kon nodded in agreement finding someone he might be able to call friend and be able to work with from time to time.

Kon would look to Safira once again still smiling showing that he was content with the thought of a draw and that it was in everyone's best interest. So Kon would just wait there for Safira's reply maintaining his current strength with hers to see what she may say.

As Sarifa looked to Kon, she smiled a bit, he was considerate, she noted absently. To his offer of a draw, the female beastling considered it. Nodding slightly when his strength dropped down to her current and their arms back in center. Lightening her grip a bit, she would let go when he did. When he looked to her partner, she was happy. In silent response, she squeezed his hand before letting go. "Well, that was an interesting first," She commented then turned and waved to her companion after her hand was released from his. "Thank you," She told him, looking back at the man across from her with her tail wagged happily.

Syndel looked at the two curiously before nodding to herself. Her friend had accepted the draw. Her eyes were calm as she bowed her head to the male that she figured was reassuring her. But she knew her companion would be alright, if not, she would've stepped in a long time ago. Feeling a bit antsy, and tired of sitting, the wolf stood up and stretched her front legs, then her hind legs and finally walked over to her mistress' backpack to patiently wait for further instruction.

As Sarifa showed she was letting go so did Kon in good faith and in doing so he stood up to stretch as the her faithful companion would do the same. "Well that was most diffidently fun I most say so myself; it has been a long time I could test my strength with out having to be in a real fight." At that point Kon realized he had said to much letting her and her companion know that he had been fighting, but not when or for how long. Either way though he had slipped information that could be very unsettling especially to one he just met. Kon relaxed and quickly changed the subject with calm and ease, "So I believe I shall follow you for the best route out of the forest to the mountains." Kon looked up seeing that it was a bit past noon now they had been nearly at that arm wrestling match for nearly 20 minutes. It did not feel like they were doing it for so long, but there was no lying about it time had past quickly doing something so entertaining. It has been quite a while that he met someone he could spend his time with with out being in a fight.

Kon then would look toward Syndel and then back towards Sarifa, "Well if you don't mind me suggesting that I would prefer to walk instead of running; I myself am not in any hurry to reach my destination." Kon knew he need not rush and he could easily enjoy the company of his new acquaintances. "Very good Kon you are interacting more and more normally you need not push formalities or show the colder side of you. Take things easy and slow." Kon nodded to Kai's voice ringing in his ears knowing that he can trust these new acquaintances as well as feel less worry of having to show them the ability he fears the most. Kon then simply waited to see what Sarifa and Syndel thought to his suggestion of walking instead of running.

Sarifa soon stood and stretched high for the sky as well, hearing some of pops. She had not really noticed how much time was spent in just one little sitting. Smiling to Kon, she nodded slightly. "Agreed, that was most enjoyable. And I thank you for teaching me this amusing game," She replied in understanding and thank you, her tail wagging happily as her ears were still perked up casually. Looking from him to her partner, the beastling wondered still about this stranger. When he spoke of following her and Syndel, she nodded. "That would be wisest..." She replied matter-of-factually before smiling a little and waving for her wolf friend to follow.

Though she had a home built in one of the far trees of the forest, she would not take him there. Looking around, the petite young woman took in their surroundings before putting her backpack on, walking past the male and her companion, between the trees behind the two before stopping and turning back to them. "This way would be a start toward the mountain." She commented calmly before turning back forward and started walking onward.

Syndel looked to her mistress and then to their new acquaintance with slight suspicion before nodding in response to the beastling's suggestion. "There is no rush. Nighttime follows closer," She thought to herself. The wolf then stretched before a short dash. It didn't take much to reach the petite young woman. The wolf's ears twitched slightly, before she seemed relaxed as she walked beside her friend. Her yellow eyes did look around at the branches above them. Looking back once to check on Kon as well before wordlessly nodding for him to follow and looked then looked forward.

Kon watched on as she turned around telling him that that would be wisest and too follow her. In response as she turned around he would nod in understanding and begin to follow. Kon was not sure specifically what to talk about he still was not good with being very personal as he true has a very cold manner of speaking most of the time. Kai was the one that always helped him in the past with being more personal and guiding him. At least now he had Kai with him in spirit to say.

Kon just continued to follow not sure where they were going specifically going over in his head all the topics that he could possibly talk about, but most things was military strategy or tactics. Kon then noticed in the corner of his eye a large flowering plant beginning to open as the light was fading.

Kon stopped looking at the flower remembering a similar one he saw in the Kijimuna Forest when he was still an angel. Kon looked at it knowing that this plant was actually quiet dangerous to the fact it was a carnivorous plant that let out a sweet scent to attract its pray. On the pedals were razor sharp bristles with a paralyzing poison in them allowing the plant to eat its victims. Kon was curious if she knew the area quite well and if she would try to protect him. Kon began to smell the plants sweet scent knowing that the plant was now ready and so he began to walk up to the plant reaching out as if to touch it. Kon knew if he really wanted to touch it would be on the pedals under side where there are no thin bristles to poison him.

Kon could hear Kai speaking to him, “Kon be very careful I know what you know and can tell that, that specific plant is very dangerous and that it can move on its own if it draws in a scent it likes.” Kon nods in understanding and continues to walk towards it reaching out knowing he is downwind from the plant since the scent is getting so much stronger it would seem. He did not look back acting as if he were in a trans from the scent of the flower as some can be since taking in too much of the flowering scent can become a hallucinogen. Kon was very careful to begin to breathe easier as he got closer almost to the point of touching it seeing what she will notice and say.

Sarifa didn't have to turn around to know he would follow. As she walked her tail swayed slowly from side to side in the silence. It was quiet but she didn't mind it; it was preferred sometimes. As they walked on, the light was dimming from the setting sun. Since she was ahead, she had noticed the plant beforehand as she took in all of her surroundings. It was a plant she would wrinkle her nose at; its scent was sickeningly sweet to her senses. Though she was cautious to ignore such things, she had better knowledge of how to survive this forest, didn't mean she would warn others at first.

Syndel walked alongside Sarifa in silence when they had started walking. Though she was curious, she too was aware of a sickening aroma. Wrinkling her nose, she would listen to their surroundings before stopping and looking around. It was about the time Sarifa had stopped and turned around. Her bright yellow eyes looked from her mistress to their acquaintance then back before growling softly at the plant from afar. She dared not get closer, it was a plant they knew as a body snatcher.

Sarifa frowned and stopped when she heard the male's footsteps changing. Curious, she turned around to find the dolt had been walking over to the blasted plant. She silently told Syndel to stay where she was. Wrinkling her nose in distaste, she sighed and looked to Kon. "I wouldn't touch that unless you want to get eaten." She said sarcastically, rather than calling him names. It was too soon to tell his temper but even if it was bad, she would insult him. Crossing her arms over her chest the petite beastling waited for the tall being to make a decision. She saw a few stones close by though if she had to use them.

Kon heard the girl tell him to stop, but he did not instead he reach just under the pedal as he began to speak, “Now you see this plant is actually common plant in the Kijimuna Forest…” He began to stroke the back side of the pedal lightly, “…the pedals on this plant are actually very sensitive even though it is the most deadly part of this plant.” The plant began to lightly close tight back into its sleep position as it was before it opened. “The plant responds instinctively to close in order to protect itself by doing this; now normally I would tie the top shut to make sure the plant could not open up again until I was finished.” Kon began to squat over pointing to the flower, “You see this purple spot on the bottom of the bud this is actually where the sap for the sweet scent is held…” Kon then continued to move his hand toward the other side of the bud pointing at another spot saying, “…and on this side is this orange-ish red spot, this is actually where the poison is held inside a very large sac. You see this you are actually able to extract its scent and its poison from the flower.” Kon then turned around still squatting slightly continuing to say to her, “Now you have two options to do this either you can actually cut the plant here along this spot…” He said as he began to point to the lower side of the orange-ish red spot continuing to say, “…and pull out the sac from the plant, but by doing that you will actually kill the plant. Now what I prefer to do is take a small straw like object like this.” Kon begins to pick up a cylinder piece of thin wood and proceeds to poke the stick into the plant right where he pointed before. “You see this will allow you to extract the poison without actually killing the plant for the fact it will begin to heal itself much easier this way.” The poison began to slowly leak out of the plant on to the ground and as it did Kon lightly pulled out the stick as the poison began to run down the side of the plant. The pedals began to start opening again and Kon quickly started rubbing the pedals again to make it close, but it wasn’t closing so easily this time. Kon then grabbed a little mud from the ground rubbing the plant where he poked it. “This will help close up the plant keeping it from leaking any more than it was.” The plant began to close more until finally completely closing up. Kon stood up from the plant walking away and saying, “This plant is actually very interesting and as what I did to the one side you can do the same to the other and extract the sweet smelling sap. Even though it is sweet smelling it actually has a bit of a sour taste to it, but still quite good overall.”

“Kon you should smirk a little for the fact she was being sarcastic to you before it will give you a little edge and seem more interesting.” Kon nodded and began to smirk at her as he finished everything, “So shall we continue to start moving again?” Kon then proceeded to wait to see what she would say.

Sarifa was quietly impatient, her ears twitched as though in irritation when she saw him touch the bottom of the petal. Her dark eyes surveyed the plant's closure then looked the man as he began to explain the plant. She was silent as he lectured, though she would be lying if she said she wasn't intrigued. Suspicious eyes looked from the sacs he had revealed to the beastling. Making sure to stay put, she was still annoyed by the scent; she could see just fine from where she stood. If she didn't know any better, she would have thought he was showing off. The young woman didn't mind it though.

Syndel on the other hand was intrigued and a bit subdued as she too listened to the lecture. Though still just a wolf, she had a higher intelligence that one would swear was human. Though like any tired creature, she would lay on the ground by her mistress and wait patiently for them to move. Her ears were laid back slightly and a yawn escaped her muzzle. Finally, she laid her head down to rest.

Sarifa looked from the plant to their guest and back again. His lesson on the plant was still going, and still interested her and annoyed her a little for some reason. She had a bit of competitiveness in her, and it almost embarrassed her that she didn't know everything about the forest plants other than enough to survive. She wouldn't admit this feeling though. When he poked the poison sac, she thought she would store this knowledge for later. And if she could guess, she would have guessed he cared for or respected the plant, which was nice. She would keep her distance as the plant began to open again, the slightest hint of a smile touching the right corner of her lips when he tried to close it once more.

When the plant was healed and closed, her gaze turned to the tall gentleman once again as he concluded his lecture. The look she gave him was one of suspicious curiosity. To his suggestion of the sweet perfume sac, she wrinkled her nose and shook her head; a visible "no thank you". Seeing his smirk kind of made the wolf girl wonder until she was brought back to the task at hand. "We shall, and thank you for the lecture," She responded before looking to the wolf beside her. Once Syndel stood, the two looked to Kon before turning and walking on quietly.

Kon wasn’t really sure what to do as he followed so he would just be patient waiting to know what to do. He wasn’t the conversation type in all reality, but he knew something was not right with just being silent.

“Kon don’t worry about being quiet you are still not familiar with her so just wait until she brings up a topic or wants to talk.” Kon nodded as Kai spoke those words knowing that this more than likely would be for the best. So he just continued walking behind her waiting until it was time to stop for camp.

Sarifa couldn't tell if he meant it or was mocking her sarcasm but said nothing. The petite beastling walked ahead only to look around once in a while as certain things in the darkening forest caught her attention. For the most part, she just looked forward on an invisible path. Several moments of walking without a word passed until she found nerve to break it and looked from her partner then over her should at the man. "The mountain will be a ways...we should set up camp soon though, there's a small meadow up ahead," She informed him, her dark eyes calm and her tone casual. There was plenty of time for questions and such while they set up camp for the night.

Syndel's calm green eyes looked between her two traveling partners as her mistress walked. The silence was a little uncomfortable, she thought absently. Still, she walked with the male behind them. The tan and white wolf was happy to be on the move once again. Before Sarifa spoke, she had nuzzled Sarifa's hand with her nose, silently telling her companion to say something after a long silence.

“Kon you need to say more than just that it will be best if you try to be more personal; why not trying to start a basic conversation. ” Kon would nod in understanding and would continue to say, “So what all will we need for the camp site?” He felt this was a reasonable question to ask for the circumstance that they would be stopping soon. As he continued to walk behind he would take note of his surroundings trying to familiar himself with the path he is taking in case he may need to come this way once again.

Sarifa smiled as they took the trail a few feet further only to be met by white rose bushes just to the right of the path. The beastling carefully pushed past them; her dress was thick enough to deflect thorns, so she used her arms to push. Once past the thorns, she stood in a moonlit clearing that was rather smooth ground. Smiling with satisfaction, she turned to Syndel and Kon entering. "Well, we do need wood...and food but I saw a mulberry bush about half a mile up the path..." She said. Her tail swayed slightly and her ears twitched from the wind caressing them. Her dark eyes looked up at him. "I only have one tent but it fits two and one mat, if you don't mind the ground." She offered, she was reluctant to share the polar bear mat though.

Syndel had jumped the bushes after following her mistress. While she spoke, Syn sat and scratched her neck with her hind leg in animal-like fashion. Looking between the two after, she wondered what the male would do. If asked, the wolf just might help to up a rabbit or two. In truth, she was hungry as well. She would wait with her Alpha though.

Kon watched as she walked through the rose bush telling him they could use wood; which he would assume was for a fire, but he also knew that he could do more. Kon stood at the edge of the bush looking to Sarifa seeing the beautiful open field area seeing it nearly made a perfect circle. He would look to her as she told him that she had only one tent and be and Kon would say, “It was fine I will need neither, but thank you for letting me know. ”

Kon looked on saying as he took a single step away from the bush, “I will go grab some wood for the camp site. ” As she would blink and him moving slightly out of view Kon would begin to move at full speed using his own special skills some may say. If she could slightly see him he would merely appear to be a blur, Kon speed was faster than most could ever hope to keep up with and with this he would move away to a great distance in a short matter of time. Being in the forest though his footsteps where not silent and he was nowhere moving faster than sound, but if one could hear and tell distances by sound could easily tell he had moved further away than he should have. Even faster than if he merely had walked and faster than if someone had ran; it would almost seem impossible to most.

Kon at a further distance than before would begin to pick up lots of dry wood as well as search for extremely large pieces of would for him to carry back. With that he would continue his search.

Sarifa nodded to hearing his reply to her offer and accepted it without insult. Looking to their new acquaintance, the petite beastling smiled at hearing he was going to get firewood. Before she could reply though, he was gone in a blur. This surprised the young woman but didn't unnerve her. Her ears twitched as she listened for him though. So, while he was getting wood, she would set her backpack down and start to pull out a tent cloth, tent poles, a polar bear skin mat, and the stakes for said tent before setting it up and place the mat inside. Used to such things, it took her less than a minute then she was on to help Syndel make a small fire pit for the fire.

The wolf seemed surprised and a little unnerved when Kon had left as he did. Keeping an eye out for the man as her mistress made the tent. Syndel had decided she would start with digging a small pit, rather than laze about. She needed to feel useful. With Sarifa's help and letting her encircle it with stones, the wolf nodded before running off to hunt for the rabbits she heard earlier. Giving a soft growl to tell Sarifa to stay beforehand.

Once Syndel left to hunt Sarifa huffed softly and decided to look for the mulberry bushes. She wasn't going to stay put for long. But before she did, the beastling took the fire-starter stones from her backpack and set them next to the pit. Hopefully, the man knew what to do with them, she thought as she went off for a berry hunt.
